Our “extras” don’t stop with spaces throughout the building. Our residents enjoy complimentary and refillable non-toxic cleaning supplies, a full calendar of curated community events, an expanded recycling program, a seasonal community herb garden, secure bike storage, and so much more.

Expanded Recycling Program – Step aside paper and plastic, at Ontario Town Square residents can enjoy an expanded recycling program including options to recycle paper, glass, plastic, aluminum, and cardboard.

Community Programming – At Ontario Town Square, having fun and sustainability go hand-in-hand. Ontario Town Square makes sure to use recyclable and biodegradable materials at each of our thoughtfully curated events.

Secure Bike Storage – Ontario Town Square offers secure bike storage to keep your bike safe between rides and your emissions low.

Green Cleaning Policy – Ontario Town Square offers free green cleaning supplies to all residents. These products limit exposure to chemicals and dirt that might be hazardous to human or environmental health. All products used are non-toxic yet meet stringent safety requirements.

Purchasing and Waste Policy – Ontario Town Square sets targets to reduce the environmental impact from materials we purchase, use, and dispose of during operations. These are managed and tracked in three main areas

• Site Management – We encourage environmentally sensitive practices around maintenance equipment, organic waste management, fertilizer usage, and irrigation management.
• Pest Management – Minimizes the impact of site management practices on the local ecosystem.
• Facility Maintenance and Renovation – Ontario Town Square works to reduce the environmental impacts associated with the materials purchased, installed, and disposed of during maintenance and renovation projects.

Courtesy Patrol

Our courtesy patrol is onsite from 9pm-5am nightly. If you see anything that concerns you, please report it to the Ontario Police Department non-emergency dispatch at (909) 986-6711. If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911.

Mail, Delivery and Packages

Mail is delivered to the cluster mailbox stations located within the community. If you are unsure which station serves your home, our leasing team is happy to point you to it.

Because every home at Ontario Town Square has its own private entry, carriers deliver packages directly to your door. For high-value deliveries, we recommend requiring a signature or scheduling delivery for a time you will be home. If a package goes missing, please contact the office.

Garbage + Recycling

Valet trash service collects garbage from your doorstep on scheduled evenings. Please set out tied bags only, and keep bins inside your garage or patio between pickups.

Recycling is dropped at the community recycling enclosures. We encourage you to recycle plastics, paper, cardboard, aluminum, and glass. Please be sure to break down all cardboard before placing it in the recycling bin.

For larger items such as couches, tables, and mattresses, please contact our leasing office to schedule a bulk pick up.

Green Cleaning

Ontario Town Square uses non-toxic cleaning supplies for community-wide cleaning. We also provide our residents with green cleaning supplies for use in individual homes upon move-in. If you run out of your cleaning supplies, please visit the office and our team would be happy to refill your bottles for free.

We also encourage you to use laundry and dishwasher detergent that is eco-friendly, and please only use laundry detergent with the “HE” symbol to avoid over-sudsing. Our high efficiency washers require less detergent than most.

Maintenance

Maintenance assistance is easy through our resident portal, Active Building, which you can access from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Except in emergencies, staff will address maintenance requests in the order that they are received. For emergencies such as floods, gas leaks, power or water loss, please call [[MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY NUMBER – NEEDED FROM GREEN LEAF]] so they can be addressed immediately.

Pets

At Ontario Town Square, we love pets! We are a pet-friendly community, so feel free to bring your furry friend along. We welcome up to two pets per home, both cats and dogs, with a 25 lb weight limit. Breed restrictions apply, and qualified assistance animals are always permitted. We do ask that you be considerate of others and make sure to clean up after your pet and always use a leash outside of your home. All animals are required to be registered through PetScreening.

Bike Storage

Secure bike storage is available on site. If you need assistance locating it, please contact our office and we would be happy to show you where to store your bike(s).

Please register your bike(s) with the office and remember to lock your bike for extra security.

Public Transit

For information on local transit, visit the Omnitrans website for bus service throughout the Inland Empire, or Metrolink for regional rail. Both serve our neighborhood, and downtown Ontario is walkable from your front door.

Car Parking

Every home at Ontario Town Square includes an attached two-car garage at no additional charge. Limited overnight guest parking is available within the community, and street parking is permitted as long as all posted street parking rules and regulations are followed.
